Brian “Maddog” Maddocks has had a storied career in military aviation. A US Air Force Academy graduate, Maddog flew special operations, multi-role fighters, and high-altitude spy planes. He also has over 1,000 hours as an instructor pilot and spent four years leading test and evaluation of high-tech drone systems. In industry, Maddog led the team that developed the newest special operations aircraft and won a $3 Billion procurement contract. Maddog has been there…in the arena. He knows what it’s like to be an engaged team member, he knows what it’s like to build and lead engaged teams, and he knows how to win. Maddog flew over 3,000 hours in multiple aircraft, including the MC-130 Combat Shadow, F-15E Strike Eagle, and U-2 Dragonlady.
Maddog served over 6 years as an instructor pilot. He helped develop the T-6 training system and trained its first pilots.
Maddog retired from the Air Force after leading the RQ-4 Global Hawk drone system Test and Evaluation Program.
Maddog led the L3Harris team that won the $3B US Special Operations Command’s Armed Overwatch Program.
